I have been wanting to write this post for quite some time so here goes. This is for the ladies. Women can be their hardest self critic why is that? We could blame social media, the news, or even a cultural standard of beauty. The truth is all of us are beautiful. I challenge you, the next time you pass a woman with a nice outfit on or beautiful hair… tell her. I guarantee you will make her day and she will be inclined to pass on those good vibes.
